Catered Barbecue dinners are served with our slow smoked sliced beef brisket, smoked link sausage, homemade potato salad, ranch style beans, and cole slaw. Condiments include pickles, onions, jalapenos, bread, & BarBQ sauce.

etc is $20 per hour per staff person with a four-hour minimum. After four hour minimum is met the charge is $15 per hour per staff person

Gabby's is famous for ribs. We have the cure for a Rack Attack! Our ribs are hand rubbed with special seasonings, basted with homemade sauces and slow smoked in our handmade wood burning pits.

Rib Dinners can be served with traditional barbeque sides (homemade potato salad, ranch style beans & cole slaw) or with a garden salad and baked potato.
