By now you know Gabbys is famous for our Slow Smoked Barbecue and ranch house style restaurants. We've also added a few more special ingredients to make your dining experience memorable. Big screen sports and country music.  Good country music seems to bring out that last ounce of flavor in our barbecue. So at Gabbys you will always find current country music playing on the juke box and on the weekends we really go "Whole Hog" with "Live Country Music".

We rounded up a wagon full of local artists to keep your toes-a tappin, while you chow down on the finest slow smoked ribs in Texas! We have over 10 different groups that regularly perform at our restaurants. Whether you love acoustic guitars, fiddles, banjos, or just great harmony you are bound to find the group that plays your favorite kind of music.

"Silver Shoes" is always a favorite.  As Insurgent country wrote recently about their new CD, "Their crisp vocals and clean sound are carried through on every track making for a pleasant listening journey".
